How to Play

Gonggi is played in several rounds, each increasing in difficulty. The goal is to successfully complete each stage without dropping the stones.

  1. Hold all five stones in your hand and toss them gently onto the playing surface.
  2. Pick up one stone and toss it into the air.

  4. Repeat this process until all four stones are picked up.

Step 2: Two-Piece Pick-Up

  1. Toss one stone into the air.
  2. This time, pick up two stones from the ground before catching the tossed stone.
  3. Repeat until all stones are picked up.

Step 3: Three-Piece Pick-Up

  1. Toss one stone into the air.
  2. Pick up three stones from the ground and catch the tossed stone.
  3. Repeat to pick up the remaining stone.
